We are looking for a
Business Analyst
to join our team (Hybrid – Porto or Lisbon)
What you'll do:
* Gather, document, and analyze business requirements in
French and English
;
* Build strong relationships with business units and project teams to align objectives;
* Conduct gap analysis, process mapping and data analysis to identify improvements;
* Create clear documentation (BRDs, functional specs, user stories) and facilitate workshops;
* Support project delivery, participate in UAT and ensure solutions meet business needs;
* Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices.
What you will need to bring:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology or a related field (Master's degree is a plus);
* Minimum of
4 years of experience
as a Business Analyst;
* Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping and business process reengineering;
* Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools (Agile, Waterfall, UML);
* Knowledge of banking products, regulations, and compliance requirements (highly desirable);
* Fluent French and English
(spoken and written – mandatory);
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently;
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements;
* Availability to work in a
hybrid model
in
Porto or Lisbon
