Key Account Manager
The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company. This involves frequent communication, regular sales monitoring, and ongoing assistance in enhancing their sales and operational capabilities.
 * Maintain close communication with customers, monitor their daily sales and operations, and assist in enhancing their sales and operational capabilities;
 * Manage the pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales customer relationships for the new and existing customers;
 * Develop and execute strategic plans to expand distribution channels and gain more market share;
 * Collaborate on customer-related matters including contracts, orders, logistics, after-sales service, and marketing, liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations;
 * Oversee the monthly sales forecast, sales plan, delivery, and payment;
 * Participate in annual marketing activities.
Requirements:
 * A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in sales and key account management, with an extensive understanding of distributors, chain retailers, and dealers;
 * Excellent knowledge of retail management;
 * Superior oral and written English skills;
 * Highly responsible, honest, trustworthy, proactive, with excellent team spirit, high execution ability, and strong stability;
 * Willingness to travel is a must.
