Responsibilities
* Expand our database of potential customers by working closely with the sales, projects, and R&D teams;
* Experience the full sales funnel, from customer discovery to negotiation, spreading LOAD's capabilities using the pitch deck;
* Negotiate and finalize industry-defining deals on behalf of the company, securing its success.
Requirements
* At least 2 years of experience in IT business development;
* Negotiating and deal-making skills, with a proven record of achievement;
* Strong business acumen and business development experience;
* A high level of technological culture and passion for digital innovations;
* The ability to work under pressure and deliver results-oriented performance;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience working in a startup, tech company, or consultancy firm;
* Experience with outreach sales automation and prospecting tools.
