Role: Application Support - AS400
Seniority: Senior (5+ years)
Type of position: On-site model in Lisbon. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal.
Responsibilities / Qualifications
* Total 5+ years of overall IT experience
* Total 2+ years of experience in supporting banking products (Investment Instruments, Corporate Action, Loan, Deposits, Remittance, Foreign Exchange)
* At least 1 to 2 years of experience as first & second-line support (L1 and L2)
* Experience with AS400 and Unix troubleshooting
* Strong knowledge of SQL queries and data analysis
* Knowledge of Olympic / Midas (preferred)
* Good level of English
* On-site in Lisbon

* Familiar with production support tools like ServiceNow and JIRA
