Golf Sales Manager Job Description
The Golf Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the commercial strategy of our golf-related activities. This dynamic position combines account management with the coordination of marketing agreements, contracts, and promotional initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for key golf partners, including tour operators, DMCs, and federations.
2. Manage and coordinate marketing agreements and annual partnerships, ensuring contractual compliance and brand consistency.
3. Support the Commercial & Marketing Director with administrative and operational tasks such as contract management, rate sheets, and reporting.
4. Assist in planning and organizing fam trips, trade shows, and events, liaising with internal teams and external partners.
5. Maintain updated client databases and contribute to CRM accuracy.
6. Monitor client performance and identify opportunities for upselling or partnership growth.
7. Prepare and deliver regular activity and performance reports.
8. Collaborate with the marketing team on joint initiatives and promotional materials.
Key Qualifications:
* Experience in sales or account management, preferably within the golf, hospitality, or travel industry.
* Strong organizational and administrative skills.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
* Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
* Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus.
