Job description:
Managing and planning the CEO's agenda and appointments/ commitments;
Check, organize and answer emails of the CEO, when necessary;
Travel preparation and organization;
Book andscheduling meetings;
Support to theGeneral Manager and Financial Director
Support in the preparation of international trade shows;
Support in general administrative problems;
Coordinating general company/office procedures;
Keeping the company calendar updated and scheduling appointments/meetings (internal and external);
Acting as point of contact between the CEO and agents, suppliers and clients;
Vacation, bankholidays, absence and sick leave registration;
Employees private health insurance management;
Pre-selecting CVs and scheduling interviews;
Ensure that the master calendar is up to date;
Support in projects financed by community funds.
Skills:
Higher education/solid knowledge in the area of Administration or Management;
Fluency in English;
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Strong organizational and planning skills;
Dynamism, proactivity and autonomy;
Sense ofresponsibility, leadership and confidence;
Extremely organized;
Coordination and initiative;
Concern for detail and excellence;
Emotional intelligence;
Ability to focus and memory;
Capacityfor "multi-tasking";
Good interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.
Availability and flexibility;
Be polite and professional.
Bonus points:
Knowledge in management and accounting, particularly invoicing, receipt issuance, and accounts receivable control;
Fluency in a second language – German, Spanish and / or French;
Demonstrates social responsibility, highly sensitive to sustainability, great sense of ethics.
