Role Overview:
Aubay Portugal is a specialized consulting company in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. We have offices in Lisbon and Porto and operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transportation.
We are seeking an HRIS, Business or Data Analyst with +3 years of experience who has worked with Workday, and has a proven track record as Business Analyst, Service Support Analyst or in similar services. The ideal candidate will have previous involvement in HRIS system implementations, particularly in an international context, familiarity with Talent Acquisition systems, expertise with data migration, system integration, and various testing methodologies, proficiency in HR technology and a history of successful contributions to HRIS projects. Fluency in English (B2-level or higher) and a valid residence permit or visa for Portugal are required.
