About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Program Management Specialist to lead the successful delivery of Open edX platform implementations, customizations, and integrations. This position is crucial in bridging the gap between technical teams, clients, and stakeholders while ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
This role involves owning the end-to-end project lifecycle for both new client implementations and ongoing initiatives on our in-house Learning Management System (LMS) platform. The primary point of contact for clients will coordinate across engineering, product, sales, and business teams to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the main liaison for new B2B clients throughout the project lifecycle
* BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENT STAKEHOLDERS AT VARIOUS LEVELS
* Conduct regular status meetings, presentations & demos to keep stakeholders informed
* MANAGE CLIENT EXPECTATIONS & NEGOTIATE SCOPE TIMELINES AND RESOURCE ALLOCATION
* Gather and document client requirements translating BUSINESS NEEDS INTO TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
