We are looking for a highly organized and reliable individual to assist our top manager in an international, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as an executive assistant in a similar setting.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Russian, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work well under pressure while remaining calm and organized.

* Key Responsibilities:
o Manage the Corporate IT Director's calendar by preparing daily, weekly, and monthly schedules;
o Manage business trips, meetings with partners, and absences such as vacation and sick leaves;
o Process and structure all inbound communication; draft communications to teams and colleagues, including notes, updates, and news for upcoming meetings;
o Prepare executive summaries on key projects and handle related administrative tasks such as translations, proofreading, and compliance;
o Collect and structure initial feedback for quarterly and annual performance reviews with direct reports;
o Conduct research and prepare executive summaries regarding business, market, competition, and talent;
o Automate tasks and processes to ensure efficiency in daily work.
* Requirements:
o At least 3 years of experience assisting a top manager in an international, dynamic environment;
o Fluent in English and Russian;
o Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, to ensure professional interactions at all organizational levels;
o Ability to work well under pressure, especially when meeting deadlines, while remaining calm and organized.
