About the Role
You will be part of our front-line response team for all customer queries coming into the business
Main Responsibilities
• Be the single point of contact for the customer
• Manage ticketing system and queries within SLA timelines
• Identify and resolve billing issues.
• Liaise daily with internal teams including sales and customer success to ensure accurate billing.
Required Qualifications and Experience
• Experience working in a processing/admin role/billing role
• Experience of working with a service desk ticketing system
• Knowledge of Salesforce and NetSuite is desirable
• Experience working with multiple currencies.
• Ability to support high volumes Required skills and competencies
• Ability to time manage and prioritize.
• Use of Microsoft Office including Excel, Teams and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written/communication skills.
