What will you do?
As an IT Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be involved in the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
* Preparing and publishing job advertisements on recruitment platforms;
* Actively sourcing and approaching IT candidates;
* Screening CVs and validating technical and functional requirements;
* Scheduling and conducting interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit;
* Preparing interview reports and supporting hiring decisions;
* Monitoring and updating recruitment processes and pipelines.
Additionally:
* Supporting the monitoring of internship programs and internal academies throughout the year;
* Representing Caixa Mágica Software at job fairs and employer branding events.
What are we looking for?
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field;
* Strong interest in Recruitment and Selection, particularly within the IT sector;
* Knowledge of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail;
* Proactive, dynamic, and motivated attitude;
* Good command of English;
* Eligible for an IEFP internship (mandatory).
