What are we looking for?
* 10+ years of experience managing complex data transformation or business intelligence projects.
* Experience with large-scale migrations involving platforms such as SAS, Snowflake, Databricks, and PowerBI.
* Strong knowledge of data architecture, data warehousing, and analytics solutions.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification (preferred).
* Experience in the financial services sector is a plus, but not required.
