Customer Service Representative - Lisbon Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled customer service representative to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. As a key member of our support team, you will be the first point of contact for customers requiring after-sales support for household appliances.
* You will offer top-notch technical support via phone and email to ensure seamless customer experiences.
* Using various tools and defined processes, you will perform initial diagnostics to identify and resolve issues promptly.
* When necessary, you will escalate complex issues to specialized departments for further assistance.
* You will proactively enhance client satisfaction by providing clear and timely information on products, orders, repairs, and complaints.
* Additionally, you will work across multiple support platforms and software systems to provide comprehensive solutions.
* A strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills, you will demonstrate cross-selling abilities when relevant.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Native-level fluency in Dutch and proficient English (minimum B2 level)
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Comfort with tech tools and interest in domestic appliances
* A proactive mindset with a customer-centric attitude
* EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence permit
Working Hours:
* Monday to Saturday
