What You'll Do:
* Build and refine our HR structure so our team can grow without growing pains.
* Own the hiring process across USA, Canada, UK, and India .Sourcing the best talent across time zones and cultures.
* Develop policies and processes that are both people-friendly and performance-driven.
* Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and design roles that attract top global talent.
* Be the go-to person for all things people-related: onboarding, culture, compliance, and career development.
* Keep us legally sharp across multiple countries while keeping the team happy and engaged.
What You Bring:
* 5+ years of HR experience (bonus points if you've done this at a startup or high-growth company).
* A track record of building HR structures from the ground up.
* Global hiring experience .You understand the nuances of recruiting and managing teams across different countries.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate cultural differences.
* Full-time availability (we're global, so flexibility is key).
