We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to actively participate in implementing and optimizing DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
* Proficient experience in a public cloud (AWS preferred but Azure or GCP accepted)
* Recent experience in DevOps projects in the following technologies: Use of Terraform or similar Use of a CI/CD tool (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, FluxCD, ArgoCD or others)
* Experience with Kubernetes and containerization in general
Responsibilities
* Plan and execute Kubernetes upgrades with an agreed cadence with the client team
* Support for all 3 clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP)
* Assess supportability for future K8S version upgrades
* Work on ICR approval and execution
* Assess, find, and prototype means to reduce the overhead of the Kubernetes upgrade process
* Expedite 0 downtime upgrades for elasticsearch nodes
* Upgrade cloud integrations together with the clusters
* Detect Kubernetes API breaking changes ahead of time and assess the impact of changes
