Key Responsibilities:Provide Level 1 and 2 support to users of the Silva platform (built on Service Now ) Handle incidents, problems, requests and service catalogue tasksMaintain data for Silva service cataloguePerform release testing and contribute to Silva monthly upgradesDeliver training to Silva key-users when neededManage projects involving only data/config changes Technical Profile:5+ years of experience with Service Now, including ITSM and SPM modules Proficiency in Java Script and Service Now scripting Experience with Service Now Sys Admin and workflow configuration Solid grasp of ITIL V4 and IPC processes Experience creating Power Point content for training Prior experience in international support contexts Personal Profile:
