Freelancer / B2B Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CCaaS) Platform Engineer - Aviation IndustryWe're partnering with an international client in the aviation sector on a major digital transformation project centered around Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS).
As a Freelance Platform Engineer, you'll be pivotal in taking over from Microsoft's implementation phase, ensuring a smooth knowledge transition, maintaining platform stability, and driving continuous innovation across a complex multi-cloud environment (Azure, AWS, and Power Platform).
What you'll do:Develop and enhance integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure services, and AWS.Build and configure Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Platform Admin Center).
Customize D365 CRM (PCF controls, plugins, web resources, JavaScript).
Manage Azure services for CCaaS (Azure Communication Services, Event Grid).
