Accounting Specialist – French SpeakerWe are currently looking for 2 Accounting Specialists to join an international team within the Management Control and Accounting department.The consultant will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end expense reporting process while working closely with internal stakeholders and finance teams in an international environment.Responsibilities- Control and monitor the entire expense reporting process - Validate expense reports using dedicated financial tools - Create and update employee files and information - Provide support and training to employees regarding expense management processes - Monitor automatic data uploads and integrations with financial systems - Coordinate with the Accounts Payable team for payment authorizations - Prepare ad-hoc financial reports - Support budgeting and forecasting activities - Prepare tax-related documentation - Compile and analyze financial statements - Perform bank reconciliations and cyclical auditsRequirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Strong analytical and financial reporting skills - Experience interpreting financial statements and accounting data - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - French is mandatoryAdditional Information- International and dynamic environment - Team of 7 people within the Management Control and Accounting department - Exposure to accounting and financial processes in a global insurance environmentSalary- Salary range between 1,800€ and 3,000€ gross/month, depending on experience - 2 open positions available
