Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in developing with OutSystems, low-code platforms, or modern cloud-native architectures, with a strong ability to understand complex systems through hands-on exploration.
* Strong builder/developer mindset, excellent communication skills, and a user-first approach to explaining technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
* Some experience or interest in creating technical content (technical documentation or online training) for developers or other technical audiences, with familiarity with a docs-as-code approach, including authoring in Markdown, collaborating through GitHub, and working in development-friendly environments such as VS Code.
* Curiosity, autonomy, and the drive to learn new technologies and learning principles quickly, with awareness of core AI concepts and their implications for knowledge experiences.
* Shareable portfolio of technical content, good level of English, and experience working in iterative development cycles using Agile delivery practices and tools like Jira.
