Job Title: Environmental / SEA Specialist Lead The consortium is seeking a qualified expert to support the core team in implementing an EIB funded project, Guimarães Public Transport Decarbonisation (CNC – PT). The overarching objective of this assignment is to deliver advisory support for the development of the Guimaraes Municipality Bus Rapid Transit and Sustainable Urban mobility plan projects. * The intended start date is February 2026, and the services shall be provided for a period of 20 months from this date. Location: Guimaraes, Portugal Degree Requirements: * At least a Bachelor's Degree in environmental sciences, environmental planning, engineering or equivalent field. Language Skills: * Working command of English language (CEFR C1). * Working command of Portuguese language. Professional Experience: * At least 15 years' experience in the transport sector. Expertise: * Specific knowledge and experience in the preparation of environmental documentation and assessment for transport plans and projects. * Proven experience in facilitating stakeholder consultations and public participation processes in SEA or urban mobility projects.
