Job Title: Beauty Products Brand Advisor
Role Overview:
* As a customer support professional, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. You will act as a brand ambassador, providing exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Schedule and Work Environment:
* Monday to Saturday (including public holidays)
Responsibilities:
* Supporting the after-sales process by managing online orders and refunds
* Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and effectively
