In this role, you will be a vital member of our customer service team, dedicated to providing exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking clients while enjoying the vibrant culture and lifestyle of Portugal.
Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and professional assistance for Dutch-speaking customers.
Share product information and guide clients through their questions related to services and accounts.
Tackle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively, aiming for complete customer satisfaction.
Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system for analysis and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and develop best practices.
Stay updated on product offerings and company policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
Requirements Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping customers.
Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
Proficient in using CRM systems and office software applications.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
