We're looking for a passionate and skilled Junior Campaign Manager to join us during this growth phase. Who are we looking for? As a Junior Campaign Manager, you will create and optimize online promotional campaigns across various markets worldwide, focusing on acquiring new leads and users for different products through paid media channels, primarily META.
You will generate reports, analyze data to identify opportunities, and develop and strengthen client relationships. We value autonomy and responsibility in this role.
We provide the necessary support and a solid business structure for your success, but we expect you to take full ownership and drive the new business area forward. Your success will depend on your initiative and drive.
Job requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, or similar; recently graduated or up to 6 months to 1+ years of professional experience in a similar role; experience with META Ads is a plus; good analytical skills; results-oriented mindset; interest in marketing and online advertising; fluency in English (additional languages are a plus); creative and dynamic approach (Photoshop or Canva skills are a plus); excellent business communication skills with a strong commercial focus; organized, open-minded, pragmatic, and proactive attitude.
