Job description, responsibilities, and duties
You will need to provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer complaints and requests. You will act as an active provider of information and advice within the triangle: customers, developers, and sales/marketing departments.
Successful candidates must be social, analytical, and understand the needs of customers—both in terms of technology and business processes. The ideal Customer Success Manager should engage with customers, maximize value, and create strategies to grow our customer base.
If you have a software development background supported by at least 2 years’ experience and like and understand at least some of the Applications, Technologies, and Enterprise software listed below.
