Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the control and monitoring of treasury status;
- Prepare, transmit, receive, and account for payments and collections;
- Perform short-term treasury forecasts;
- Conduct bank reconciliations;
- Verify invoice accuracy, including quantity, price, payment method, and due dates;
- Manage employee expenses recorded in Concur software;
- Perform accounting reconciliations;
- Ensure client and debtor billing;
- Support internal and external audits;
- Collaborate with other departments;
- Comply with organizational rules, including the Code of Ethics, environmental policies, health and safety standards, and quality norms;
- Perform additional tasks as needed to meet service requirements.
Training and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Management (preferred);
- Minimum of 3 years in administrative roles within the financial field;
- Knowledge of VAT and Corporate Income Tax;
- Experience in the automotive industry or related sectors (preferred);
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Familiarity with SAP ERP systems (preferred);
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
