Key requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow;
* Business Analyst or Functional Architect experience, with leadership skills in meetings, requirement validation, and solution design;
* Ability to work independently in distributed environments;
* Fully remote position – work from anywhere;
* ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, Specialist) are an asset;
* Experience with modules like ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or integrations (REST/SOAP) is beneficial;
* English level C1 or higher;
