IT Business Development – International Markets
We are looking for an IT Business Development professional with a strategic mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to drive the international growth of a rapidly expanding technology company.
You will be responsible for developing business in European markets and opening new opportunities in the GCC and North America, with a direct impact on the commercial strategy.

: Lisbon | Hybrid Work Schedule (2 days in the office)

: ~30% (mainly Europe | occasional trips to GCC and North America)
Your Role
Lead international business and sales development
Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, and closing
Identify and develop strategic accounts and partnerships
Create and execute go-to-market plans
Build a solid and sustainable pipeline
Work closely with technical teams and leadership
Keep up with trends in Salesforce, ServiceNow, and cloud computing
What We're Looking For
2 to 5 years of experience in technology/software services sales
Proven experience in international markets
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration (preferred)
Strong commercial and interpersonal skills
Fluent English (other European languages are valued)
Autonomous, results-oriented profile, comfortable with travel
