Job Title: Senior Risk Manager
The Senior Risk Manager oversees the risk management function at our organization, ensuring a robust and independent risk assessment service that aims to add value and improve the organization's efficiency, compliance with regulations, and adherence to internal rules based on established guidelines.
This critical role plays a key part in evaluating and improving the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and control processes. The Senior Risk Manager leads the team by setting objectives, defining strategies, and translating corporate goals into actionable plans. Additionally, he/she will manage and guide the team, by supervising risk assessments, establishing performance targets, monitoring results, and providing feedback to optimize efficiency.
Responsibilities of this position also include planning and managing annual resources, activities, as well as representing the risk unit before external regulators and auditors. The risk function covers all business lines, processes, and transactions within the organization, ensuring continuous improvement of the internal control framework and governance structure.
