Bosch Service Solutions develops and delivers Customer Experience, Mobility, and Monitoring solutions for companies and their customers. Our teams find fast and efficient solutions for thousands of people daily – from claim management to life-saving emergency calls, among other services.
Responsibilities:
1. You are the first point of contact for customers and responsible for handling incoming inquiries.
2. Answer a wide range of general and specific service and technical questions, advising customers on the existing product portfolio, including information on technical recalls, available wheel/tire combinations, and vehicle model availability.
3. Identify customer inquiries and forward them to the relevant specialist team in customer service, ensuring timely and technically correct responses.
Requirements:
1. German Language (C1 level) Mandatory;
2. English (at least B1 level, written communication);
3. Strong communication skills, commitment, and customer and solutions-oriented;
4. Flexible to work two Saturdays a month.
