EXPERIS is currently recruiting an Indirect Procurement Manager to join a dynamic, results-driven and multinational environment in Santa Maria da Feira. As Indirect Procurement Manager, you will lead the Operational Procurement Team, ensuring that daily purchasing activities are executed efficiently, compliantly, and fully aligned with company policies. You will play a critical role in: Driving excellence in transactional procurement performance Ensuring high levels of stakeholder satisfaction Leading, coaching, and empowering your team Acting as a key bridge between Procurement Operations and the wider organization You will collaborate closely with Sourcing, Finance, and Content Management to ensure seamless process integration and alignment of objectives, while fostering a culture of compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement. We are looking for you if You: Have 5/7 years of experience in Procurement Have at least 2/3 years of Team Management experience Possess strong knowledge of Indirect Procurement Processes Have experience with e-procurement tools and SAP Ariba (Mandatory)Are fluent in English (French and/or Italian is a plus)Are a strong leader with a performance-driven mindset If you are ready to lead procurement operations with impact and help shape best practices in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
