Business Analyst - Sales Order Management

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in collaborating with sales organization stakeholders and will have a solid foundation in order management or CRM solutions. In addition, proficiency in Microsoft CRM, Dynamics, or Power Apps is essential.
Main Responsibilities:
* Work closely with stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into user stories in Azure DevOps.
* Ensure stories include clear acceptance criteria ready for testing.
* Build and maintain features, user stories, and tasks in Azure DevOps to structure the backlog.
* Document current business processes and map them to Dynamics 365 capabilities.
* Act as the bridge between business teams and technical teams.
* Use Azure DevOps boards to provide transparency on progress and upcoming work.
* Create/assist business with creating test cases linked to user stories and features in Azure DevOps.
* Help prepare business users for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* Ensure traceability from requirements to test cases to execution results.
* Oversee execution of test cycles and track defects in Azure DevOps.
* Coordinate with Dynamics 365 developers to validate fixes and retests.
* Capture feedback and defects directly in the system.
* Build test standards that can be reused for subsequent projects and deliveries.
Key Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience with sales organization stakeholders.
* A minimum of 2 years of experience with order management or CRM solutions.
* Experience with Microsoft CRM, Dynamics, or Power Apps.
Nice to Have:
* Experience working directly with business users.
* Certification in Microsoft technologies.
* Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
* Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between technical and business teams.
