The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, is interested in user support, and has a good interpersonal sense.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the retrieval of datasets from internal systems.Perform database queries to fulfill requests for datasets.Manage and process ntribute to initiatives aimed at improving service quality and efficiency.Participate in the resolution and tracking of pending requests (backlog management).Document and share research and findings within the team.Requirements
Hard SkillsProficiency in SQL databases.Proficiency in JIRA for task tracking and DBeaver for data access.Understanding of mainframe query execution plans.Ability to read a CDM (Conceptual Data Model).Good level of French, at least B2 (mandatory).Soft SkillsTeam player.Strong interpersonal skills.We will only consider CVs in English.Additional Information
