Your mission
* Design and deploy the customer relationship strategy
* Manage and develop the Customer Service team
* Monitor and manage KPIs (SLA, TMR, CSAT, backlog)
* Drive continuous improvement and represent the company to strategic clients
Your profile
* Proven experience in customer relationship management and/or support
* Mastery of CRM, ticketing tools and key indicators
* Leadership, communication and customer service skills
* French + professional English (B2 min.), other language = advantage
