Pool Attendant Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Pool Attendant in a hotel environment. As a Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the overall guest experience is memorable.
We are seeking a friendly and attentive individual who can provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean and safe pool area, and effectively communicate with guests and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming and acknowledging all guests according to company standards.
* Maintain a direct and frequent contact with guests, especially during the most important moments of their stay.
* Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of frequent guests, paying attention to their preferences.
* Be aware and offer the different products and services available at the hotel's outlets.
* Effectively communicate with the F&B Staff to ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
* Clean and maintain the pool area to ensure it is always ready to accept guests.
Requirements:
* Previous experience developing similar functions in other hotel chains or related industries is highly valuable.
* Vocational training on hospitality/F&B is required.
* Fluency in local language and knowledge of English is highly valued.
* Working knowledge of various computer software programs (Microsoft Office, POS, etc).
* Customer service focus.
* Active listening and effective communication skills.
* Focused and detail-oriented.
* Sales-oriented.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
