Why this role matters
As a Content Moderator, youll help keep social media spaces safe, accurate, and aligned with community standards. Youll be working directly with our clients platforms, making important decisions that influence the user experience while contributing to the platforms continuous improvement.
What you'll be doing
* Actively look for ways to improve processes and enhance user satisfaction.
* Review, evaluate, and moderate user-generated content, including copyright-related materials.
* Monitor user behavior and make decisions aligned with platform rules and policies.
* Analyze reports following specific guidelines and ensure consistent quality.
* Serve as a point of contact for moderation issues, applying complex and context-dependent guidelines.
* Make independent decisions when dealing with sensitive or high-impact cases.
What you need to bring
* Romanian fluency (C1) written and spoken.
* English proficiency (B2).
* 6+ months of experience in content moderation, customer service, or similar fields.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work under repetitive tasks and high productivity targets.
* Comfort working both independently and collaboratively.
* Quick learner with strong attention to detail.
