What are we looking for?
- Experience analyzing digital ecosystems and online customer touchpoints, with a focus on extracting actionable insights.
- Strong analytical skills, including data exploration, statistical analysis, data validation, and effective data visualization.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and familiarity with complete analytics toolchains across digital platforms.
- Solid knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and tools, particularly Salesforce Interaction Studio or similar platforms.
- Hands-on expertise in Power BI and SQL for data manipulation and designing insightful, user-friendly dashboards.
- Familiarity with Databricks for large-scale data processing and GitHub for collaborative version control and code management.
- A hypothesis-driven and data-informed mindset, paired with meticulous attention to detail and analytical rigor.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate confidently with diverse stakeholder groups across business and technical teams.
