We offer a 28-month postdoctoral position focused on developing the DATA4LOWDENSity COLab, a smart living lab dedicated to co-creating place-based territorial intelligence to support low-density territories' smart sustainable transitions.
Admission requirements:
The candidate must hold a PhD degree (completed within the last five years) in Behaviour Sciences or a related field.
Demonstrable skills in designing and estimating behaviour and decision-making models through large-scale data collection or mobilisation are required, particularly concerning individual intentions and willingness towards sustainable choices.
Key responsibilities and main tasks:
The postdoctoral researcher will lead data collection and analysis efforts to support the co-creation of place-based territorial intelligence, including:
Mapping macro-trends of food consumers and tourists relevant to low-density territories;
Identifying key variables and their interactions to understand citizens, managers, politicians, and other stakeholders' perceptions of fair green and digital transitions, and how their behaviour influences these processes.
