Job Description
Provide technical support and assistance for hardware and software issues in a dynamic environment.
* Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems.
* Analyze and troubleshoot Microsoft operating systems.
* Repair or replace micro-computer components.
* Configure network IP equipment.
* Screen and resolve network issues using IP commands.
* Configure and share devices in Microsoft network environments.
* Manage printing equipment knowledge and troubleshooting.
* Prioritize tasks and meet contracted service levels.
* Communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team.
Requirements

Relevant technical education or equivalent experience.
