We are looking for an Amazing:
Senior ServiceNow Application Developer – Remote:
* 6+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
* Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and scripting (client & server-side).
* Experience designing and developing complex workflows, scoped applications, integrations, Service Portals, and automation solutions.
* Solid understanding of enterprise ServiceNow modules such as
ITSM, ITOM, HRSD
, and
App Engine / Scoped Apps
.
* Ability to architect, optimize, and govern platform solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
* Experience implementing best practices, coding standards, and governance models.
* Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to take ownership of complex technical challenges.
* Ability to work independently while also guiding and mentoring development teams.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken) to collaborate with international teams. - Mandatory
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and with CI/CD practices is a plus.
What You Will Do
Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership
* Design and architect enterprise-grade solutions, including custom scoped apps and integrations.
* Contribute to platform governance, coding standards, and best practices.
* Collaborate with architects, platform owners, and stakeholders to define and deliver robust solutions.
* Mentor junior developers and support code reviews and quality assurance.
Advanced ServiceNow Development
* Develop and enhance applications using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and scripting.
* Build and optimize Service Portals, UI Pages, custom widgets (AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
* Implement secure solutions using ACLs, role-based models, and advanced security configurations.
Automation & Optimization
* Implement automation with Flow Designer, Scripted APIs, Scheduled Jobs, Events, ATF, and Notifications.
* Optimize platform performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure scalability.
* Participate in CI/CD processes and contribute to automated testing strategies.
Quality, Governance & Documentation
* Maintain high-quality delivery following governance, risk, and compliance standards.
* Support version control processes (Git), branching strategies, and release management.
* Produce architectural documentation, technical design specs, and operational guidelines.
Preferred Certifications
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) — Required
* ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
* ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM)
* ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) — Advantage
