We are hiring a
Project Manager.
You will be responsible for:
* Lead and facilitate recurring meetings to follow up on project progress
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the backlog, ensuring items are well-defined, prioritized, and estimated (ready for development)
* Manage project resources, including the team, budget, and infrastructure, ensuring efficient use of available resources
* Guide and empower the development team, ensuring adherence to the project management methodology
* Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
* Provide guidance and support to remove impediments and obstacles hindering the team's progress, ensuring a continuous workflow and sustained productivity
* Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and the development team
* Maintain transparency and effective communication with project stakeholders, keeping them informed of status and outcomes
* Monitor project progress to ensure goals and milestones are achieved within the defined timeline and budget
* Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
* Prepare detailed project reports and documentation for senior management and other stakeholders
* Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle
* Demonstrate a proactive and collaborative attitude in problem-solving
If you have:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT environments for over 3 years
* In-depth knowledge of various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, etc.)
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
* High resilience and perseverance in solving complex problems
* Ability to work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment
* Capability to manage multiple projects and effectively prioritize tasks across different teams
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure
* Familiarity with project management tools
* Experience and knowledge in DevOps (MS Azure) is a plus
* Scrum Master certification (PSM I or CSM) is preferred
* Project Manager certification (PMP – Project Management Professional) is preferred
* Proficiency in English
