We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and experienced Head Housekeeper to manage the impeccable cleanliness and maintenance of our luxurious private villas at VILA VITA Parc.
This is a unique opportunity to lead a professional housekeeping team and ensure every guest experiences the highest level of comfort and cleanliness.About the Role:As a Villa Manager/Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the impeccable standards of cleanliness and order throughout the property, ensuring each villa exceeds guest expectations.
You will lead, train, and motivate a team of housekeeping staff, working closely with other departments to deliver a seamless and luxurious guest experience.
Additionally, you will host and welcome villa guests, maintaining a highly professional and courteous approach to foster positive relationships and ensure guest satisfaction.Your responsibilities: Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring flawless cleanliness and maintenance of all interior and exterior areas;Villa with potential for occupancy of up to 12 guests;Lead, train, and inspire a team of up to 8 housekeeping staff;Implement and monitor cleaning standards and procedures in line with luxury hospitality expectations;Ensure the consistent application of standards across all areas, adhering to the established SOPs for cleanliness and guest service excellence;Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to ensure timely repairs and upkeep;Conduct regular quality inspections and provide feedback and training to uphold superior standards;Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen, ensuring cost efficiency;Support guest requests for special cleaning services or personal preferences with discretion and professionalism;Promote a culture of safety, hygiene, and efficiency within the team;Maintain confidentiality and uphold the privacy and discretion required in a luxury private villa environment.Your qualifications: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in a senior housekeeping or butler role, preferably within luxury hospitality Villas, or private estates;Strong leadership and team management skills;Excellent knowledge of cleaning chemicals, procedures, and safety standards;Fluent in English and Portuguese;German language skills are a plus;Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills;Valid driver's license.What we Offer:A meaningful career opportunity with a world-class hospitality brand;Tailored training and continuous professional development;Integration into a prestigious company within the Leading Hotels of the World;A diverse, supportive, and inspiring team environment.We believe in the power of people.
