Lead a team of clinical data managers in the delivery of high-quality data services for single and multi-service projects.
Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, and close-out, ensuring timely and budget-friendly deliverables that meet customer expectations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive data management expertise and drive quality products that meet customer needs.
Responsibilities:
* Provide project management expertise working with internal team members, customers, and stakeholders to manage continuous process improvements and issue escalation.
* Establish strong relationships with customers and Quintiles management to ensure open communications and contractual obligations are met.
* Maintain internal tracking databases and systems to ensure accurate service performance tracking.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of direct Clinical Data Management experience, including 3+ years as a CDM project lead. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree, or educational equivalent, in health, clinical, biological or mathematical sciences, or related field.
* 5+ years direct Clinical Data Management experience in CRO or pharmaceuticals industry, including 3+ years as a CDM project lead; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and teamwork skills.
