The role is based in Almancil, with the flexibility to work from home for certain tasks. Responsibilities include assisting with event planning and coordination, providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales efforts, and contributing to event marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the team to ensure every event detail is flawlessly executed and clients' expectations are exceeded.Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and vendorsProficiency in Event Planning and Event Marketing to assist in creating and promoting memorable eventsSales skills to support client inquiries and contribute to booking eventsExcellent organization and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficientlyFlexibility to work in a hybrid setting and adapt to a dynamic environmentPassion for event planning and delivering exceptional client experiencesPrior experience in event planning or hospitality is a plus but not mandatoryFluency in English is required; proficiency in Portuguese or other languages is advantageous
