Enterprise Business Development Role
As a skilled business developer, you will be responsible for driving growth in new markets for our cloud-based Human Resources solutions to large market prospects (1,000 or more employees) within a defined territory. You will bring proven expertise and responsiveness to the table every day on a team dedicated to delivering unparalleled partnership and unwavering relationships with clients and prospects.
* Develop Business Plans: Create annual business plans, determining sales and activity goals required for attainment of assigned revenue and product goals.
* Market Research: Develop prospective client sources utilizing various communication mediums, including personal contact mailings and planning client seminars.
* Serve as an Advisor: Partner with clients, internal partners, and overall network as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador.
* Persuasive Communicator: Excellent sales skills with a high level of proficiency in persuasive communications.
* Results Driven: Excellent work ethic, motivation, and leadership skills.
* Languages: Portuguese & Fluent English.
