In this key role, you will design and implement secure identity and access solutions, enhance security posture across Microsoft environments, and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Identity & Access Management:Configure and manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), implement Conditional Access, MFA, and Zero Trust principles, and manage privileged identity governance. Azure Security & Compliance:Deploy and maintain Microsoft Sentinel for SIEM and threat detection, monitor and respond to security incidents, ensure compliance with security standards, and conduct proactive risk assessments. Cloud Architecture & Integration:Design secure integrations between M365, Azure services, and third-party systems; support automation and scripting (PowerShell, Graph API) for identity and security tasks. Power Platform Governance (Optional):Ensure effective quality maintenance and improvement during product changes across the lifecycle. Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with IT Services, CMS, and global teams to align security and compliance efforts. Work Experience:3+ years of experience in Microsoft cloud technologies with a focus on Azure security and Microsoft 365. Technical Skills:Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and identity governance. Expertise in Microsoft Sentinel and SIEM operations. Solid knowledge of Azure services, security best practices, and compliance frameworks. Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and automation. Language skills:Very good command of written and spoken English.
