The team supports sales by making sure processes, systems, and coordination run smoothly behind the scenes.You'll work closely with sales teams, finance, HR, legal, and operational colleagues, alongside a designer and sound engineer who help bring campaigns to life.

You'll help ensure sales teams have what they need, when they need it - from proposals and documentation to coordination across departments.You'll keep things moving, spot issues early, and take ownership to resolve them.
Your work will directly impact how efficiently our revenue teams operate and how smoothly campaigns move from sale to delivery.Your roleAs a Revenue Operations Assistant, you'll support the day-to-day running of commercial operations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Supporting sales teams with proposals, documentation, and administrative processesManaging workflows from proposal stage through to purchase orders and paymentCoordinating with internal teams to keep processes on trackMaintaining accurate records within internal systems and databasesActing as a point of support when sales colleagues are unavailableThe skills you will bringEssential:Experience in an administrative, operations, sales support, or customer service roleStrong organisational skills with attention to detailA proactive, hands-on mindset and confidence dealing with stakeholdersA service-oriented and positive attitudeNice to have:Experience in a commercial, media, or operations environmentFamiliarity with CRM systems or internal business toolsWorking pattern / locationLisbon-based, hybrid working model (4 in office, 1 remote).
