We are currently supporting a global biopharmaceutical company in the recruitment of a Head of Marketing for its Portuguese affiliate. This strategic role will lead national brand planning, launch preparation and cross-functional execution across multiple therapeutic areas within a highly regulated, specialty-driven environment. Description Lead the development and implementation of national brand strategies, ensuring alignment with global and regional priorities. Oversee structured launch planning and readiness activities, coordinating with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales and other internal stakeholders. Conduct market and competitive analysis, integrating insights from KAMs, MSLs and external partners into actionable marketing plans. Drive the execution of omnichannel initiatives, promotional materials, congress activities and customer engagement strategies. Manage brand budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and performance monitoring across KPIs. Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration to deliver integrated and impactful brand plans. Guarantee full compliance with internal policies, SOPs, and applicable national industry regulations. Promote a culture of ethical conduct and customer-centricity across all marketing activities. Profile University degree in Health Sciences, Economics, Management, or related fields (Master's degree desirable). Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience in regulated, cross-functional environments. Proven ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders within hospital and institutional settings. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into strategic action. Solid experience working within matrix organizations and interacting with international teams. Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English; Spanish is an advantage.
