Join us and play an active role in shaping how sustainability regulation is translated into concrete actions within MAN Truck & Bus.MAN Truck & Bus, a leading European commercial vehicle manufacturer and part of the TRATON Group, is launching a newGlobal Business Services (GBS)organization structured around three core pillars:Operations,Global Process Ownership, andStrategy & Performance Management. As part of this setup, we are strengthening our ESG and regulatory capabilities and are looking for an ESG Regulatory Coordinator to help build and professionalize this field.What you can look forward to: As an Office Manager (Maternity Leave Cover), you will provide comprehensive administrative and office management support to the GBS organization. You will act as a key point of contact for employees, managers and external partners, ensuring smooth office operations and immediate support across all administrative and facility-related topics. This is a fixed-term role, ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on environment, can integrate quickly into a growing organization and is comfortable taking full ownership of responsibilities from day one.Key responsibilities Manage the office space, including (temporary) office assignments Maintain stock of office materials and supplies Coordinate external service providers (facility management, security, maintenance, cleaning) Provide general administrative support to employees and visitors Set up and manage office equipment, including printers and IT equipment Handle and resolve administrative issues and inquiries Maintain and ensure compliance with office policies and procedures Support the operational organization of GBS events in coordination with the HR team Handle correspondence, schedule meetings and appointments Ensure booking and travel support for GBS employees Promote best practices and support a well-organized, people-centric office environmentEducation and experience requirements Bachelor's degree, technical or commercial business education, or equivalent experience Ideally 1 year of experience in administrative or office management roles, preferably in GBS or shared service environments Experience interacting with employees, managers, and external service providersSkills and competencies Professional working proficiency in English (minimum B2); Strong organizational and prioritization skills Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-paced environment Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with high attention to detail Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook) Excellent interpersonal, service-oriented and communication skills Ability to adapt quickly and ensure continuity during a transition periodContract & duration Fixed-term contract as maternity leave cover Minimum expected duration: 6 months, with possible extension depending on business needsBenefits Dynamic and international working environment Hybrid work policy: 2 days home office per week Additional days off on December 24th and 31st Birthday off Referral bonus program Life insurance Health insurance, including option to extend coverage to family membersReady to make a difference?
