The Role:IT Delivery Manager
?? Location:Lisbon
???? Work Model:hybrid - 2/3 days a week in the office
???? Sector:Financial Services
??? Languages:English & French (C1)
? Eligibility:Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there
?? Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
5+ years IT delivery/project management experience;
Strong knowledge ofAgile / ScrumandWaterfallmethodologies;
Hands-on experience withJIRA,MS Project(or equivalent tools);
ITIL frameworkknowledge; experience in complex IT project delivery;
Proven experience managing stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Nice to have:
PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications(CSM, PSM);
Experience in enterprise-scale orcloud-based delivery environments.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end IT project delivery (scope, time, cost, quality);
Coordinate cross-functional teams aligned with business objectives;
Track progress, report status, and manage risks/issues proactively;
Manage vendors and drive continuous delivery process improvements.
