We are seeking a dedicated German-Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our client's team and support a prestigious cruise line. If you have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to assist passengers with inquiries, bookings, and post-sale support.
* Resolve customer concerns and ensure a seamless travel experience.
* Collaborate with internal teams to address and solve customer issues promptly.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
What Were Looking For:
* Fluency in German (spoken and written) and B2-level English proficiency.
* Previous experience in customer service or contact centers (preferred).
* Experience in sales, tourism, or travel agencies (an advantage).
* Strong digital skills with a high attention to detail.
* Ability to effectively communicate and manage multiple tasks.
* Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.
Schedule:
* Rotative shifts between Monday and Sunday with two days off per week.
Note: Applicants must already reside in Portugal and hold valid work authorization.
